Pro ka\\u017ed\\u00fd prvek se tak\\u00e9 pou\\u017e\\u00edv\\u00e1 jin\\u00e1 t\\u0159\\u00edda betonu v z\\u00e1vislosti na po\\u017eadavku zad\\u00e1n\\u00ed stavby a stupn\\u011b vlivu prost\\u0159ed\\u00ed. D\\u00edky v\\u00fd\\u0161e uveden\\u00e9mu je mo\\u017en\\u00e9 navrhovat d\\u00edlce maxim\\u00e1ln\\u011b efektivn\\u011b &#8211; \\u0161etrn\\u011b k \\u017eivotn\\u00edmu prost\\u0159ed\\u00ed a z\\u00e1rove\\u0148 k rozpo\\u010dtu investora.\\r\\rKlenbov\\u00fd prefabrikovan\\u00fd syst\\u00e9m Modularch CM4\\u00ae se skl\\u00e1d\\u00e1 ze \\u010dty\\u0159 z\\u00e1kladn\\u00edch prvk\\u016f \\u2013 klenba, dva bo\\u010dn\\u00ed d\\u00edlce a monolitick\\u00e9 nebo prefabrikovan\\u00e9 dno, event. patky pro v\\u011bt\\u0161\\u00ed rozpony. Syst\\u00e9m se d\\u011bl\\u00ed podle pr\\u016f\\u0159ezov\\u00e9 plochy kter\\u00e1 nab\\u00edz\\u00ed v\\u00fdb\\u011br ji\\u017e od 3,5m a\\u017e do 120,0m (na zak\\u00e1zku i v\\u00edce), co\\u017e odpov\\u00edd\\u00e1 \\u010dist\\u00e9mu rozponu v jednom poli od 2,5m a\\u017e do zhruba 20m. Podle pr\\u016f\\u0159ezov\\u00e9 plochy standardn\\u00edho prstence (polom\\u011br klenby je shodn\\u00fd s polom\\u011brem bo\\u010dn\\u00edho d\\u00edlce) se pak ozna\\u010duje p\\u0159\\u00edslu\\u0161n\\u00fd bo\\u010dn\\u00ed d\\u00edl a klenba tuto plochu tvo\\u0159\\u00edc\\u00ed. Horizont\\u00e1ln\\u00ed styk je \\u0159e\\u0161en jako kloubov\\u00fd a je tvo\\u0159en pod\\u00e9ln\\u00fdm \\u201epolov\\u00e1lcov\\u00fdm\\u201c kloubem (sou\\u010d\\u00e1st klenby) vsazen\\u00fdm do pod\\u00e9ln\\u00e9 jamky (sou\\u010d\\u00e1st bo\\u010dn\\u00edho d\\u00edlce). D\\u00edky detailu, kdy ka\\u017ed\\u00fd bo\\u010dn\\u00ed d\\u00edlec p\\u0159ech\\u00e1z\\u00ed v klenbu p\\u0159esn\\u011b pod \\u00fahlem 45\\u00b0, je mo\\u017eno bo\\u010dn\\u00ed d\\u00edlce a klenby jednotliv\\u00fdch velikost\\u00ed mezi sebou libovoln\\u011b kombinovat. To zaru\\u010duje syst\\u00e9mu jedine\\u010dnou flexibilitu p\\u0159i \\u0159e\\u0161en\\u00ed a hled\\u00e1n\\u00ed vhodn\\u00e9ho \\u0159e\\u0161en\\u00ed pro zadan\\u00fd \\u00fakol. Op\\u011bt se skl\\u00e1d\\u00e1 ze \\u010dty\\u0159 z\\u00e1kladn\\u00edch prvk\\u016f, nicm\\u00e9n\\u011b v tomto p\\u0159\\u00edpad\\u011b je p\\u0159\\u00ed\\u010dn\\u00fd profil r\\u00e1mov\\u00e9ho tvaru. Syst\\u00e9m se tedy skl\\u00e1da z horn\\u00edho polor\\u00e1mu, dvou bo\\u010dn\\u00edch d\\u00edlc\\u016f a prefabrikovan\\u00e9ho nebo monolitick\\u00e9ho dna, event. patek pro v\\u011bt\\u0161\\u00ed rozpony. Syst\\u00e9m Opti-Cadre\\u00ae je ur\\u010den pro rozpony 4,0 a\\u017e 15 metr\\u016f se sv\\u011btlou v\\u00fd\\u0161kou 2,5 a\\u017e 8,0 metr\\u016f. Na rozd\\u00edl od syst\\u00e9mu Modularch\\u00ae se d\\u00edlce neozna\\u010duj\\u00ed dle plochy vepsan\\u00e9, ale jednodu\\u0161e dle sv\\u011btl\\u00e9ho rozponu a v\\u00fd\\u0161ky. Two basic types are offered \\u2013 arch Modularch\\u00ae and frame OptiCadre\\u00ae. Both systems use an ingenious transverse profile division and the interaction with a filler body which enables to design individual elements as a very subtle structures. For each order and object a separate static calculation is made which will specify the element thickness and reinforcement degree. Thus out of the system for example the bridges can be made passing a habitat corridor across newly built roads with minimum random load, as well as the bridges under airport traverse areas with the load by the airliners with the weight of hundreds of tonnes. Also for each element a different concrete grade is used depending on the construction requirements and the degree of environment impact. Due to this it is possible to design the block with a maximum efficiency &#8211; environmentally friendly and at the same time saving investors\\&#8220; funds.\\r\\rArch prefab system Modularch CM4\\u00ae consist of four basic elements \\u2013 arch, two side parts and a monolithic or prefab bottom, or footings for larger spans. The system is split as per the cross-section area which ranges from from 3,5m up to 120,0m (or more to order) which corresponds to the net span in one field from 2,5m up to approx. 20m. As per the cross-section area of a standard ring (arch diameter is identical with the diameter of a side part) the respective side part is marked as well as the arch creating this area. Horizontal connection is made as jointed and is made by longitudinal \\&#8220;semi-cylindrical\\&#8220; joint (part of the arch) inserted in the longitudinal hole (part of the side part). Due to the fact that each side part traverses in the arch angle-wise 45\\u00b0, is is possible to combine freely the side parts and arches of individual sizes between each other. This ensures that the system features a unique flexibility during solution and seeking for an appropriate solution of a given order. The longitudinal dimension of the parts is mostly limited by transportation and the basis is module dimension 2500mm. For the CM4 system it is useful to apply standard side parts with bevel edges making a natural transition from a closed ring to an open portal.\\r\\rThe system can be expanded from one-chamber to multi-chamber one using special inner vertical walls containing two mirrored hole connections in the crown or simply pairing off basic rings.\\r\\rOpti-Cadre\\u00ae system shares a number of common features with system Matiere CM4\\u00ae and is used mainly for the object with a small filler. It consist again of four basic elements, however in this case the transverse profile has a frame shape. Thus the system is composed of an upper semi-frame, two side blocks and a prefab or monolithic bottom or footings for larger scan. Opti-Cadre\\u00ae system is intended for spans 4.0 to 15 meters with clear height 2.5 to 8.0 meters. Unlike Modularch\\u00ae system the blocks are not marked as per inscribed area but simply as per clear span and height. Module dimension is again the standard of 2500mm, for larger spans mostly above 10 meters it is necessary the make the module dimension smaller due to block weight.
